A historic country house with traditional outbuildings and a small chapel. Built over 100 years ago, the estate is set amongst four hectares of stunning tropical parklands, with majestic palms, vibrant Bougainvillea, Jacaranda and groves of almond, carob and citrus.
It is a hidden gem, of tranquillity, privacy and genuine Mediterranean charm.
The main residence comprises of approximately 650 square metres of living space distributed over two floors. It is spacious, with heightened ceilings and several open plan living areas. Furnished in an elegant country house style with stone white washed walls and rustic wooden beamed ceilings with modern features to cater for our guests.
On the ground floor there are two large living rooms with three open fireplaces, an extensive dining room, which seats 10, and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast dining area.
On the first floor there are five double bedrooms, three en-suite bathrooms, one large shared bathroom and extensive wardrobe space to accompany each bedroom.
All bedrooms have spectacular views of the gardens or the Tramuntara Mountains, with double wooden doors and windows which open onto a balcony or a large terrace.
